Lt Col Charlie Brown Stupid people who just keep "stealing" ( all it what it is) will soon find themselves without any stores and living in ghost town and then will be forced to start stealing from each other in order to survive with most people relocating. Portland seems to be moving in that direction and will be an interesting case to follow.
