We got an eighth of an inch of ice between 8:00 and 8:45, I drove my wife to work as it spooked her. It wasn't supposed to come for hours, so there was no salt or sand down anywhere and the radio station was naming a long list of intersections with accidents in them. It has melted from ground warmth, now, but round two will begin in late afternoon as it cools once again. Kyong is home, now, and home we shall stay.
