I guess the Navy can't pump bilges or take all trash & garbage to the fantail for dumping anymore..

Never Could in My Time Unless You were an appropriate Distance from Land. I want to say in excess of 37 Miles if I remember correctly. Pubic Mound, Oops I Mean Puget Sound Navy Shipyard though has always had Way too Many "Accidents" I witnessed a AOE (Tanker) Miss Align Valves and Start Pumping DFM (Diesel Fuel Marine) right over the Side. Officially the Oil Spill was 200 Gallons (I Witnessed it, It was a Hell of a Lot More than 200 Gallons)
