But the left never forced their way into the Capitol, broke into offices, stole from the People's House, all in an effort to terrorize the same people they elected to represent us.

It is amazing how quickly you on the left forgot the ATTACK THIS PAST SUMMER on the capital, burning a church and more... And you all laughed it off... That lasted DAYS LONG.. This protest yesterday lasted 5 hours...

It's amazing how the cult members forget about people like me denouncing the violence of all of the extremists. This includes Antifa, proud boys, boogaloos, KKK, white supremacists of all stripes, etc.

Well said PO1 Todd B. I’m aware of some of those patriot groups and most are good, God-fearing, America loving, law abiding family men and women who are totally fed up with the outrageous sham of the election and the 4-year attacks against a president who’s biggest “crime” was cutting off the lucrative dealings of corrupt rich people leaching off the USA. I’m also aware Antifa and BLM were posing as patriots.

On the upside for Donald Trump losing the presidency, he will get to finally get to chill and enjoy himself amongst people that love him. Actually this hardworking leader won’t chill, prob get more business going and he won’t have to give up a paycheck anymore :D

Many have been horrified by Wednesday's events and Trump's lack of action.

LCpl Leo Morrissey - Exactly.. some here have SELECTIVE memory.. as long as the LEFT destroys, maims, kills, burns, loots, all is well.. As long as biden and harris call ALL protesters terrorists and thugs, as long as the democrats lie to the entire country over four years trying a coup that was a lie to remove an elected president, all is well. BUT WHOA should any of us stand up and fight back....

SGT (Join to see) - You want to explain "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office" means just because of something he says? I looked it up and 90% of the articles and EXPERTS, even on TV tonight, are saying the 25th IS NOT TO BE USED for this.. IMPEACHMENT is.

‘Unable’. Could mean a variety of things. It’s just another ambiguity in the long list of Constitutional ambiguities. So you concur, section 4 doesn’t necessarily rely on death or medical?

Here’s a scenario. It could mean ‘no longer mentally capable’. Pence and the cabinet heads could conceivably argue that the Presidents recent statements and behavior meet that criteria. For example, the President banned the VP chief of staff from the White House, because the CoS gave the VP ‘faulty’ (the correct/Constitutional) advice on how to proceed with the Electoral votes.

I’m sorry, but there are no legitimate experts that argue that Pence could do anything other than what he did. For the President to believe that Pence could have done anything otherwise...honestly, that’s a little crazy. Bordering on ‘yikes’. But anyway, back to the amendment.

Say they did proceed with the paperwork. The President would appeal and eventually after some processes, it would go to a congressional vote. You know, that whole ‘checks and balances’ thing. One element of the executive branch can’t simply remove the President. The amendment put a congressional check stop in. And while not impossible, getting 2/3 of both houses to agree on anything is fairly difficult.

I respect that you looked it up. And to be honest, I don’t think you have to worry, I really don’t think it’s going to happen. But the application of the 25th isn’t outlandish in this situation.
