A unit movement plan is unique to the type of unit and type of deployment/redeployment.
I used Excel to build the What, When and Who. Meaning, WHAT has to be done by WHO and WHEN does it has to be done by. With this I could figure out the conflicts, gaps and so on. From the Excel data I could then built the movement annex for the battalion OPORD. I was an untrained UMO when I did all this.

If you PM me I can share the template I used when I was the Forward Support Battalion S4 + UMO.

If you are still in need of this I have a program that can generate most of a movement plan for you. It is geared towards the National Guard but it should work to get you started in your planning process without reinventing the wheel.

Sir, would you be able to send this to me? I, at this moment, do not have access to a computer with CAC access (2007 Macbook).
