Job Description

Wanted: a Naval Carrier Aviator/Naval Flight Officer with expertise Naval Strike Warfare and MC2AO to join our team in San Diego, California!

A week in the life of the Naval Carrier Aviator/Naval Flight Officer includes:

Facilitate advanced, high-end training for the senior leadership of carrier strike groups and other naval forces in maritime warfare.

Lead a team of experts to support training and war games in all aspects of Strike Warfare, to include Maritime Command and Control of Air Operations (MC2AO), carrier and amphibious flight operations planning and execution, airspace planning, TACAIR employment, integration with joint and coalition air forces, maritime fires planning and coordination, and associated planning systems, processes, and tools.

Develop advanced war game scenarios to support training in Strike Warfare and MC2AO for Navy warfare commanders and staffs

Facilitate war game execution and accomplishment of training objectives

Manage strike warfare scenario aspects, role-playing and coordinating TACAIR elements

Respond to training audience actions to manage scenario play

Facilitate training audience planning efforts in MC2AO aspects of war game scenarios

Provide academic briefs and other instruction

Support training in maritime fires doctrine, weapons, tactics, processes and C2 systems, such as JADOCS

Support training in joint air planning processes and systems, such as TBMCS and associated systems

Liaison with Navy and Joint centers of excellence

Provide SME support to program in latest USN doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures for Strike Warfare and MC2AO
