I just found two open Dept of Navy positions on USA Jobs. One is GS Grade 05/07 the other is 09/13. Is it appropriate to apply for both?

Apply for both, Worst they can do is tell you No! As far as Your GS Ranking, I think there is some test involved and your experience determines that.

Exactly William! I would smoke a test any day if they presented it, my experience and education is the key. I would ace the test.
