Summary/Objective:
Perform maintenance functions for the Facilities Department in support of the entire Credit Union. Weekend and off hours work required on occasion.
Essential Functions include:
Inspect all buildings for maintenance, safety, and security issues
Setup conference rooms for events and meetings
Perform minor and general maintenance
Schedule vehicle maintenance
Maintain organization (storage rooms, dock and vehicles)
Schedule vendors and ensure completion of work for: HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical, landscape / snow removal and other vendors
Fulfill service events (work orders) in a timely manner
Manage Ergonomic installations
Carry out staff moves (build cubes or transport boxes etc.)
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
Mail service coverage as needed
Maintain security equipment (backup role)
Assist Security Specialist to: schedule vendors, change sensor batteries, focus cameras, prepare badges and control access to facilities.

This role does not have supervisory responsibility

Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of facilities experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Basic building maintenance skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Current driver’s license and safe driving record
Strong customer service orientation
Work Environment:
Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smart phone is a requirement for employment with us. Driving company vehicle to work sites is required. Climbing ladders, use of hand & power tools, inspection of roof, basement and all other indoor & outdoor building components required. Some office time using standard office equipment and software is required.

Physical Requirements:
Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and up to 25 lbs of force infrequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

Compensation:
The base pay of the budgeted range is $20.80 per hour + annual bonus. The candidate's starting salary will be adjusted based upon his, her, or their experience.
