Fermilab’s Office of Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (OEDI) is seeking an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Communications & Analytics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Under general direction, develop, coordinate, and evaluate Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OEDI) communication strategies. Develop reporting tools and conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand efficacy of existing programs and initiatives.
You Will:
Collaborate across the organization to maintain a broad and up-to-date understanding of Fermilab EDI initiatives and programs to develop articles, reports, documents, presentations, newsletters and other online content. Maintain excellence in accuracy, grammar and readability in original written content.
Track progress of goals, objectives, deliverables, and notable outcomes of laboratory EDI programs, initiatives, collaborations, and annual strategic plan. Utilize innovative data visualization formats. Implement and execute data cleaning, quality, and storage controls and procedures.
Coordinate preparation of funding opportunities and grant proposals.
Develop print and online templates using a variety of software packages (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, WordPress and MS Office) to create reports that communicate EDI progress and accomplishments.
Perform other duties as assigned.

We Are Looking For:
Undergraduate or graduate degree
3+ years related experience
Passion for workplace equity and inclusion
Highly autonomous, motivated, and dependable collaborator
Excellent ability to effectively communicate in written, verbal, and visual formats.
Strong analytical, organizational, and management skills, including ability to work to deadlines and control several activities simultaneously.
Experience storing, manipulating, and merging data for analytical use
Experience with data visualization and report automation
Proficiency in a wide range of electronic communications tools and software packages as well as common electronic office tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, document sharing systems and mail. (Microsoft Office, MS SharePoint, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Dreamweaver). Experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting.
Relocation is not available for this position.
