This position provides support to assigned committees, working groups, and programs in the automotive, aerospace, and other mobility industries. Duties include, creating and maintaining content in program documents and reports, collecting, compiling, and analyzing data for program documents and designing and maintaining spreadsheets in support of project and financial tracking. Duties also include scheduling briefings and meetings, social media updates, and maintaining program files. The work results in standards, best practices, technology roadmaps, and other products for safer, cleaner, and more efficient mobility as developed through collaboration of the top mobility organizations in the world.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Document Preparation: Create, maintain, modify, and ensure accuracy of content in various program documents, reports, brochures, social media, and websites.

· Program Support: Collect, compile, and analyze data for various program documents and design and maintain spreadsheets in support of project and financial tracking. Assist with new initiatives including development of new procedures, platforms, and databases.

· Administration and Coordination: Assist with social media and press-releases, marketing campaigns, event planning and coordination, and provide on-site support for meetings and technical forums.

· Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for program related questions and activities for internal and external customers. Facilitate membership on-boarding processes.

· Budget & Finance: Monitor payment and invoicing activities for programs and serve as the primary focal point to reconcile discrepancies in the invoicing and payment process. May assist with capital or special equipment requests.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors in field requiring technical writing and editing (Science, engineering, business, communications).
4+ years experience in one or more positions requiring strategic communications with people in technical positions.
Office experience in accounting, bookkeeping, customer management, and document editing.
Additional experience in-lieu of education may be considered.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to gather and process information, prioritize and multi-task.
Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software, email applications, social media, and ability to accurately enter data into customer and financial management databases.
Experience with IT systems and software applicable for project management preferred.
