Full Job Description

We are Senior Handy Services and our primary focus is performing accessibility modifications for seniors and those with disabilities as well as all of the other handyman and contracting services required to maintain and improve a home.

The primary goal of our company is to allow customers to remain in the home they love through the modifications and repairs that we provide. This position is key to the overall well being and safety of our customers.

Seeking a multi-skilled technician to add to our Team.

The successful applicant will have:

A solid understanding of home maintenance and repair techniques and materials

General knowledge of all basic home improvements: carpentry, drywall installation & repair, painting, light plumbing & electrical, etc.

Know how to safely use various power tools to perform the work

Must be able to effectively communicate with our senior customers as well as fellow Team members

Must be able to work independently

Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Must possess a smart phone capable of retrieving emails and accessing our ERP system via the internet

We require a background and driving history check to protect our customers and fellow employees.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $18/Hr to $28/Hr depending on skill level

This position offers a take home company pick-up truck or van

Having your own tools is a big plus but not absolutely necessary

We have a company match to our SIMPLE IRA retirement plan
