From the story: Adam Faust, a disabled farmer, is one of five people in the state last week to sue the administration over the terms of the American Rescue Plan, which provides aid to “socially disadvantaged” farmers. In a federal lawsuit filed in Green Bay, the group alleges that since that definition only includes minority groups and not white people, they have been denied equal protection under the law.
