The gist? "If you can't treat someone with dignity and respect, then you need to get out."
If any of you want to see what leadership is or what right looks like, listen to Lt. General Silveria's speech.

SSG Michael Hartsfield thanks for the share: this is just despicable and horrible. In now times at a Premier military academy who would have imagined.

There is no place in the academies for this sort of crap. Find the fink that did it, and send them packing.

I agree that there is no place for this...anywhere. In the military or outside of it. But unfortunately, racism and hate is a matter of the human heart. It isn't a white/black problem or an American problem. You'll find it everywhere on planet earth that you find humans. I've seen it in every country I've been in. From first world countries to third world countries and those in between. It can't be combatted with more hate. That's just fuel for the fire. At the expense of sounding like a hippy, it has to be combatted with love and forgiveness. Not tolerance mind you. We shouldn't tolerate that behavior. And we should kick them out of the military. My point is simply that in order to change a hate-filled heart, we have to respond with kindness. And that's a pretty tall order for any of us.
