It is my understanding that in the IBCT, Lieutenants take on the assignments of a rifle platoon leader, AS3, or Company XO.

Would other kind of PLTs can a Junior Infantry Officer lead?

What kind of other assignments in the BCT can a Lieutenant have other than Staff; would UPAR and Camp-de-aide be such possible assignments?

I have read through FM 3-96 (the BCT) and DA PAM 600-3 (Commissioned Officer Professional Development). I could not find the relationship between specific branch and assignments at the PLT level.

Thank you in advance for your time, I hope your experience can develop my understanding better.

You have staff, CO XO, or PL options. AS3 is supposed to be a CPT. However, you have different PLTs besides rifle, there is also Heavy Weapons PLTs, and second PL time if selected for the scout or mortar PLTs. BCTs have PAO so UPAR is an additional duty that would take up time.

Watch for extra duties. Don't become the movement officer!

UMO is the trial by fire for most LTs!

There are no GO's in a BCT so there would be no Aide de Camp.
Those are the most likely assignments for a LT though a LT can serve as a commander or a staff primary / assistant for any staff section depending on unit manning and needs.
The unit MTOE will assign a rank and MOS to each position but the local commander can task organize the unit as needed.
I hope that helps.
