Seems reasonable to me! Unfortunately, accountability is something we "speak about" but do little to assure. What is that old adage......?

Oh, "...They that have the gold makes the rules...", humm! In all seriousness, bad actors are like cockroaches, you just need to shine a light on them! But, making there are enough "roach motel suites" available so that they can understand how they will be living is important - right!?!?!?

Oh yes, an when accountability begins with those who actually make the laws ALL of us are suppose to live by, the CEO misbehaving thing will start to go away in due time!!!

I have to say that I agree with you CPO Nate S. It is hard to hold people accountable when the lawmakers seem to be impervious to the laws they themselves pass. When virtually every one of them leaves office after a couple of terms and is a millionaire or more, you know that there is a problem.
