Five things Army officers and units should know about the Assignment Interactive Module

New Interactive assignment module is rolled out. Officers will now need a resume and units can pick based on skills, and pass on one officer over another....Riddle me this, so you are lacking a key experience or skill, and the only way to get it, is to go to the unit or location that has you perform it....but they won't ever pick your resume out of the pile because you don't possess that skill. You've just created a catch 22. What happens to the officers with resumes that haven't been selected in a cycle? Is it going to end up like 2d grade kick ball?
