My initial enlistment was 09/10/2013 and got out 05/25/2018 just enlisted 10/13/2020. I’m pretty sure someone messed up because they have my basd and pebd as 2017 and my dor as 2015?? Can someone who does this math for a living calculate this for me?

Go to your Career Counselor and they will help fix it. Your BASD should be February 2016 and your PEBD is 20130910 as long as you were released to the IRR or Reserve Component. Your date of rank depends on several other factors, you can look that one up in the reg.

1SG (Anonymous) at one point you would have been very right. Now the Army is doing musters and call ups for Soldiers in the IRR and if they no show they receive a negative discharge that effects their VA benefits like the GI Bill.

Will my irr time count towards time in service when it comes to rcp? The drill sergeants here at reception (I’m reclassing and at reception) says I’ll have about 4 months to get promoted or I’ll be rcp. Just trying to see what my time crunch is because I’m still waiting for security clearance before I start ait.SFC (Join to see)

SPC (Join to see) only active time counts towards RCP. RCP is a strictly active duty concept and restriction.

Your RCP is 8 years active duty. However, because of MLI you will be promotable almost immediately. Then your RCP will be 10 years. But, you're Infantry so you'll get promoted almost immediately and the RCP for an E5 is 14 years. RCP is only a factor when it comes to reenlistment.

I was 11B I’m reclassing to 74D CBRN with COVID and everything I’m in holding for 2 weeks before starting but points for E4 are at 40 so it should be hard.SFC (Join to see)

You will probably need to adjust your DIEMS date as well. If your DIEMS is incorrect you won't be able to add your old awards and schools
