So does anyone know where to find INCOPD's "Instructor Evaluation Training?" This is needed to be able to evaluate an IDRP candidate.

I've looked in both ATRRS and INCOPD's website without luck on this. Thanks in advance.

Just a shot in the dark but, the major TRADOC schools should have what you need. Maybe they have it in the library at Ft. Leavenworth at the Command and General Staff College.

This appears to be a course, Sir, not a pub. And for those of us in the RC, which is a majority of the Army, I'm thinking there has to be better communication. We can't just walk over to the local NCOA as most of us aren't on AC installations. When I get a hold of the IDRP manager at TRADOC, I'll be sure to post the answer so all who saw this can get the same info.

Evaluate instructors course/workshop, at least for ordnance, is taught at Fort Lee. We have the same issue here at Fort Benning where they don't even teach the course yet.

No, that reg's from 2004 and there's no mention of this training in there. But I'm looking for the actual training in any case, but thanks.
