Who is your favorite military leader...past or present?

Despite being an Airman most of my inspiration comes from Army leaders. General Moore and SGM Plumley come to my immediate mind but even your current Sergeant Major of the Army seems like an outstanding leader.
Air Force wise, my current squadron commander has probably been the best I have had so far. General Larry O. Spencer is also on my list, especially knowing that he was prior enlisted and has worked his way all the way up to O-10. Basically anyone who leads rather than dictates is what I would consider to be a favorite.
