If I apply for EETP from the Navy, will this affect my ability to join the Army National Guard?

I am wanting to transition to the Army National Guard and pursue the Warrant Program to fly helos. If I apply for EETP from the navy will this affect my ability to join the Guard? Also does anyone have any insight on the warrant program in the army? I have spoke with a guard recruiter near my home of record but he is now basically ghosting me.

Can't help on the Guard, but leaving the Navy under the EETP should have no negative impact if your nature of service is positive otherwise. The EETP is a Navy generated program to balance their talent and does not indicate deficient service.
