I am currently on assignment so I know I can not go recruiter at this moment. I would really like to be able to do both. Will I be able to volunteer for sfab and after that contract is completed volunteer for recruiter?

Why not?

Once have company compleated a successful SFAB tour you would probably be a prime candidate for recruiting duty. It should be a manner of developing a career plan and adjust it as necessary.

Good luck on your future endeavors!!

(Must disclose and admit my bias, as have been SFA-related operator since 1972 in support of various assignments, projects, programs, and bilateral JCET exercises in the CENTCOM AOR. Currently provide on-call services as LREC SME / advisor / trainer / "train the trainer" in support of a USMC organization which trains, assesses, certifies and deploys USMC-resourced Security Assistance Teams (aka "SATs") for SFA-parallel duty in that AOR)
