Today feb 6 2020 I went to stat care and had to get medicine as I have I guess bronchitis but my meps date feb 14th should I tell my recruiter? This medicine says it should be gone completely in 5 days. I also just heard you can’t even join the navy with it ever. But doesn’t make sense!

Possible. Give your recruiter the heads up so they are tracking.

Might not make sense to you, but USN as reasons. Subs recycle air. Other ships- engine fumes, jet exhaust, etc. lots of triggers

Makes sense but it is only acute bronchitis as I called stat care to verify?

Depends if acute or chronic. I had it as a child, so no problem.

Harry Kummers - Your Recruiter will know. Disclosure is always best, but moderation is key. Unless on meds, it is no different theoretically than telling them you had a cold or diarrhea once. Again, best to disclose fully. The MEPS Docs have seen it all.
