What is the turnaround time for medical waivers? If everything says that I’m fit for service, what is the likelihood it would be approved?

We have no idea what the issue is and how big the hurdle that you face. No one on RallyPoint can tell you how long it will take or if it will be approved.

Who reviews medical waivers for the Army and how long does it take to hear back? | RallyPoint
So recently I've been waiting on a waiver. So my recruiter told me its a process. So it took a month for them to review it. Its been two weeks now and it still says reviewing. How long does it take to review it. Who is in charge of reviewing waivers?

Actually I can tell you that Dr. Wong is currently on the week of Nov 8th. Assuming MEPS submitted your paperwork today, you should know if your waiver is approved within the next 3 weeks then again you probably have to add a week for the holiday.
