Is there anyone that my husband can contact at USARC to get his conditional releases pushed? He's been waiting 2 years for his conditional release to finally get to the approving level. His UA called him 2 weeks ago to tell him that his packet was approved but called back saying that only the 4187 was signed by his brigade commander and forgot to sign the actual 368 itself. She told him she was going to email him back to correct it but a week later she called and told him that it had to go to HRC & get approved there so he called them and they had no record of his 368 and told him it was at USARC. Because of some new regulation. No one seems to know who he needs to contact to actually check the status and get it pushed. It's only been up there since july 3rd. But he's been hearing different things about usarc denying all conditional releases and people saying that's not true... So Is there anyone that he may be able to contact to possibly get it pushed?

Mine took 2 months a long time ago.
I did the try one for the reserves and they would release me so I did the 4187 and 368 and called my local Republican congressman and explained that the reserves would not be able to meet the needs for my family and within a week everything was signed and then I was at meps again.

SFC Martin Byrne Tucson Arizona. Ours is Martha Mcsally in our district. We've heard nothing but great things about her and she's also very pro military. She is also republican

SFC Martin Byrne A case worker is reviewing his case right now and he was told he/she should be in touch with him in the next 2-3 days. Do you know if they like to meet in person? Because my husband wants to be able to show all of his supporting documents, etc

None of this sounds right. 2 years is a long long long time for a 368 to get approved. Usually its around 2-7 months ive seen the longest. Your first General officer has to sign off on the 368 he is the AO.

Trust me, my husbands UA and everyone in his unit has said the same thing as far as it taking too long. The first one he submitted (July 9th 2016) took a year only to have made it to battalion because it stalled out and his UA encouraged him to put in another one. This last one was submitted September 2017 and got to division level in march of 2018. The 4187 got signed by the divison general in his unit just last month & was informed by the same UA that it had to go to usarc. Which is crazy because that was never brought up. This month marks 2 years he's been trying to go active over all.

Maiah Faapouli - None of this makes sense at all. a 4187 can be signed off on by a company commander. The 368 goes to the first general to approve. Regulation states that. Once he approves it then you have 6 months that it is valid for. Once your contract is done the 368 needs to be updated and it sent back to your unit.
I would contact active duty recruiter and they would be able to tell you the whole process by regulation. I am 100% positive the first GO signs off on the 368.

(six months after your general Officer signs your DD Form 368), you must seek an extension

SFC(P) (Join to see) yeah I know that a company commander has to sign off on the 4187, each echelon of coc has to endorse or recommend his request and sign off on the personnel action form. BUT what I'm trying to say is that the division general who ever that is, the first star general of his command approved the 4187, but not the 368 itself. His UA said the AO is USARC G-1 .

He's spoken to multiple recruiters and they all say it just depends on his unit.. That regulation is always changing

There is also one more thing I did that I did but like I said mine was different circumstance. But because you are at the 2 year mark I think it would be fine.
