It's easy if you're not a teacher to say what should be done. I have seen teachers actually have nervous breakdowns while dealing with students. Have you ever seen a teacher break down due to stress? This guy should have followed instructions rather than oppose the teacher. And what if administration does not come? I have seen that occur.

I am a teacher so I can speak from experience. Students can and do get the best of teachers and I have seen teachers break down and cry in class and resign over students behaviors. If administration doesn't come then the teacher should move the class and if this student follow go to the office where admin can't ignore the issue.

She is either at wits end or very unprofessional. Everyone had a breaking point due to stress. Additionally it does not show what he said to her prior to this I assume unauthorized video or why he is sitting on the floor, not in a desk. I believe there is much more to this.

Timothy Schomburg I am sure there is more to it but the teacher is supposed to be the professional. She should have contacted administration to handle it over having a confrontation with a student. I have done that a couple times to get students removed from class.
