I made a quote for myself in part from something my shrink said... "Be unappoligetic in performing self care. Do enough you are able to again serve others." This applies to my wife as caregiver as well.

In regards to PTSD never leave someone behind. When you cross the finish line and you are strong and confident enough, get back on that path to find stragglers to bring them home. I can think of no nobler cause.

Says u can't perform with your leg broke. You gotta let it heal. Its the same with your head. Work on your issues so you can better help others with thiers.
