What is your favorite mood booster?

If you're like me there never seems to be enough time for self-care but everyone has that one thing that puts them in the right frame of mind no matter what they are doing.

My mood booster is blasting 90's alternative while doing dishes or cleaning up, everything just seems to go faster and it seems like less of a chore. I also like to sneak some Oreos after everyone has gone to bed.

That is a fantastic! I have an egg chair in the back yard I use in the mornings to start the day right. There is nothing better than watching the world come to life in the peace and quiet of the early hours.
