How is it re-classing to 15C as an E5? How is AIT, fail rate, difficulty level etc?

How difficult was it to get a rank waiver??

At the time I had no issues. The hardest part was timing and trying to get it pushed through before the bonus changed

15C aren't authorized E5s without a grade waiver from the MOS proponent. You'll also need a flight physical

I would assume as difficult as the 15W AIT seeing as it’s just the Grey Eagle course.....
