What is Infantry ALC in Ft Benning like? Do you get weekends and nights off? Is it a good time or do you get treated like Privates?

Are you there to learn, or party? There will be discipline, classes, projects- as an adult you will be expected to do your classwork, study and take out assignments, You will have OT and formations, there will be field training. If you are worrying about partying and how you might get treated- Please see you CSM and decline the orders for the good of all.

You will have weekends and nights off after class is complete. I'd recommend using a lot of the time to study, ensure that you make the commandants list at a minimum. If you still have some time till you go I'd recommend refreshing on Land Nav, as well as zeroing and qualifying with Iron sights.

From the guys that I've known that have gone through recently, it's not a very difficult course but it is very easy to fail out if you don't prioritize the right things while you are there.

Not too sure about specifically for 11B, but most ALC is off on weekends and free to do as you please after classes.
