How do you update Army records if you attend another service's PME?

In a joint unit, mostly Air Force. There is a soldier among the Army Element within my directorate who is attending Air Force ALS and about to graduate. Right now we have no 42As (admin) until September. Once we have an Army admin person, will they be able to just upload her ALS certificate for her to get it on her ERB or is that no possible? I have never had any experience with this and never attended another service's PME so no clue on how we update our ERB or OMPF with this. I know to update schooling there's usually codes they have to put in at S1 or the admin section.

Should be able to, my BN went to Amphib School- got a certificate, plus copy of orders- it was entered into myERB.

He’ll get a certificate, would he be able to send that to the nearest admin clerk to get his records updated? Like to the nearest post or something to that nature?
