I believe if none of your training is a PCS move, then your BAH is based on your home of record.

If you are Reserve/ National Guard LT you will get paid for HOR as long as you have dependents or a lease/ mortgage. If you are AD, you will either get on post housing (no BAH) or live off post and get BAH for that post.

unless it is a PCS move you should receive BAH based on your HOR
