Has anyone had issues when receiving a welcome letter for H8 school?

I have a school date set but have yet to receive my welcome letter in my email and without it I am unable to complete my DTS paperwork . Any help would be much appreciated

School date is 12-AUG-19 my report date is 11-AUG-19 I'm tdy en route to my next unit. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated 1SG.
