I have two questions as I keep on getting different answers: 1. Does the Airborne badge still count towards promotion points? 2. For someone entering with a Bachelor's (SPC), when time permits, will they allow the credits from that degree to be used for promotion? I'm aware that degrees must be earned during service to count as points (10 points I believe).

You have the degree part backwards. The degree counts, every SH or CH is worth points. If you complete your degree at your current rank you get an additional 10 points.
Yes, Parachutist badge is worth points and there are additional points granted for serving in an Airborne position. There are Promotion Points Calculators you can find online to tell you how much they're worth

Roger, my primary confusion is from the Promotion Points Worksheet. Under ‘Degree Completion’ it annotates that the degree “must be completed while on Active Duty”. My question refers to someone entering Active Duty already having a degree. I’m aware earning a degree while you’re in is worth points. I’m wondering if the credits would at least count for something.

SGT (Join to see) yes, that's what I'm saying. The credits are worth points. You get additional points if you complete it on active duty.

I’m not sure where you’re experience and no degree plays a part in answering my questions.
