Is it possible to get married if the two of you are in Kuwait and on deployment?

I know what everyone is thinking and no it is nothing like love at first site lol. Me and this girl has been together for over a year and we both got deployed to Kuwait. When we leave next year it will be Time for me to re enlist and head out to my next duty station (Ft Brag) we really love each other and been thinking about this decision for a while now . I’ve heard of proxy marriage and tried doing research on it really can’t find much I just want to know since both of us are in Kuwait at 2 different camps is it possible we get married? I’m only here for an answer not a lecture on how anyone thinks it is wrong or not

Some country’s will Mary IS citizens with little issue. I know many people who have done this. You will have to find out what Kuwait’s rule is.

Montana is a double proxy state, so NEITHER of you have to be present. But I would not be doing my chaplain duty if I did not remind the two of you to make sure you're ready for marriage.

Talk to a Chaplain. They can do great things and may be able to do marriages. Caution: policy or regulations may prohibit your marriage. In which case wait till you both return to USA. BTW have both of you talked with your parents about this decision? There is a Christian community off Post in Kuwait. I don’t know if they have an ordained pastor.
