Good morning Kerry and Happy Saturday. I am on call today but I don't expect it to be overwhelming...we've had a few of those lately.
One of the things we teach in resiliency is the power of our thoughts and our ability to choose them. Taking a positive perspective, looking at things from a positive point of view makes a huge difference in your life, your relationships and your leadership. If you don't know where or how to start, try keeping a gratitude list...one thing in the morning and one in the evening that you are grateful for that day. It's amazing what a change toward the positive will do for you.

I hope our demonstration of integrity, eagerness to share and learn, as well as increasing transparency of character is worthy of emulation. No doubt your humility is genuine and you do not put on airs in social interactions since you have self-confidence and have no need or desire to demean others. The LORD justified each of us who are HIS adopted sons and daughters at our salvation and cleanses us of all sin and defects. By HIS grace HE sees us as pure with impeccable character even while HE sanctifies our soul to perfectly reflect HIS image. I hope and pray that you and I have taken to heart the admonition of the LORD to confess our shortfalls and failures and ask the LORD to help us genuinely repent and when appropriate ask for forgiveness. Scripture reminds us ‘for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift,’ [Romans 3:23 ESV] and ‘if we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.’ [1 John 1:8-9 ESV]
