Has NGB released an Exception to Policy waiving PME requirement for pin-on from E5-E6 to match HQDA?

I’ve been trying to watch for something. I heard today that there might be some ETPs out there covering either a lack of ALC school seats available for some MOS and now also due to the coronavirus. Does anybody have any knowledge about this, particularly anything affecting CMF91?

NGB issued theirs about two weeks after HQDA, similar in that, if a valid reservation for final phase of ALC or SLC was canceled due to COVID, and all other phases were already completed or canceled due to COVID, ETP is authorized.
There is no ETP for not being able to reserve a seat due to COVID.

When you talk to your Training NCO, ensure your ATRRS class was cancelled with a "CV" code, that demonstrates in ATRRS what SGM Mccloud outlined.
Eligibility for the promotion (via ETP) is effective the day the SM would have graduated and met all requirements if the course was not CV cancelled.
