Personnel NCOIC
Was assigned out of Base CBPO as NCOIC to a GSU UNIT. I Handled all admin, personnel, finance, training and leave records for entire unit. I worked by myself with no help. It was all in my bailiwick. My only supervisor was unit commander and at distant remove the SMSGT in CBPO for base if needed otherwise was on my own. At the time was a SSgt. This was final assignment of my 6 years in AirForce. I was rated as Personnel Tecnician aka 7 level in personnel
