Dave is partnering with breweries to support the Black Ale Project, a craft beer initiative to raise money and awareness on behalf of U.S. war veterans. As a former Marine and non-combat veteran of the Persian Gulf War, supporting our country’s veterans means a lot to him. As Managing Partner/co-founder, Dave oversees operations including HR, legal, marketing, payroll, facilities, and IT. Before starting Pappas & Pappas in 1997, he was an HR Consultant at PTC, one of the world’s largest and fastest growing technology companies. Dave began his career as a local Technical Recruiter then moved into a leadership role for a major national technical placement firm, where he was consistently ranked as a top performer.
