NBC warfare planning for the Republic of South Korea. Supporting all three HQs - US Eigth Army, United States Forces Korea, and Combined Forces Command, and oversaw the 38th Chemical Detachment and the 23rd Chemical Battalion. Participated in Team Spirit.

Chemical Policy for Logistics US Army wide. Responsible for US war Reserves of NBC equipment. Deployed to SWA as the Theater Chemical Officer in support of Desert Storm/Desert Shield. Orchestratedd NBC equipment deployment from Theater Reserves to the SWA AOR.
