Seek and destroy, kill NVA mostly. Try to stay alive and free from Jungle Rot and other physical ailments. I got tired of counting bodies and covering them with lime. We took turns with the mongoose at night, he kept the snakes away. Use Ham and lima bean cans for target practise. C3 was difficult to use, when we got some C4 it was more stable, great to cook with. Laid on the beach near Vung Tau with Australian nurses at night while i was in re-hab, great fun. The medics caught me surfing one day and sent me back early to my unit. Eventually they sent me back home since I was so covered with skin aliments, early dischage. I was spit upon at the airport by war protesters. The rest of the trip I got out of uniform so I could make it home in 1 piece. I'm thankfull, can I help anyone ?
