Served on the Casualty Assistance Team at the Pentagon Family Assistance Center at the Sheraton Hotel in Crystal City. Maintained database of Army casualties from the 9/11 mass casualty event at the Pentagon. Coordinated with Casualty Assistance Notification teams and Casualty Assistance Officers (CAOs) throughout the country to obtain needed information from family members to assist in the identification of remains.
