I was an Advanced Culinary NCO with the 17TH STB in Las Vegas, NV. I was in for 26 years and its been a fun and adventurous career. I couldn't ask for anything better. It's time for another adventure!!

Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR)
Stationed at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait we were in charge of the Oasis DFAC being a CORE. We made sure the locals we doing everything from cooking, cleaning, serving within Army Standards. We had to order ice, make trouble calls, put in work orders for equipment to be fixed. Then I was sent to Iraq to cook for troops and civilians alike.

I was a camera operator along the Border in Chula Vista, CA. I was an EIT member which was identified as Entry Identification Team. We assisted Border Patrol helping them with location and how many bodies jump the fence.

I was a cook for the Detainees. Had to make sure that they received the correct diet, the proper size and any extras they might need. Be it low sodium diet, diabetic diet, soft food diet...ect. Kept track of our board that had all the ISN numbers of the Detainees for their diet and what cell they were in and updated it when they moved cells or left
