My Military goals are to first and foremost take care of my troops. They are the reason I am able to succeed as an NCO. Secondly, I enjoy mentor ship from my seniors to include my peers and subordinates. The limits of each aspect are continuous. Whether you are a Soldier, NCO, or Officer, you are constantly learning.
