● Excelled as an Assistant Team Leader during the work up and deployment of the 15st Marine expeditionary unit. Responsible for the training, fitness, wellbeing and over all mission readiness of a 5 man sniper team.
● Successfully designed and lead platoon to company sized training operations such as shooting packages, observation and stalking evolutions, rappel and gorge crossing as well as full mission profile training evolutions.
● Efficiently conducted instructional bi-lateral training with snipers and various commando forces around the world. Including the Kuwaiti 25th commando brigade, Japanese ground self defence force, Royal Saudi Land Force, and the Timor Leste Defence Force.
● Successfully conducted numerous and sustained assignments in support of missions
