Serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the largest German Army Division consisting of over 19,000 members. Responsible for providing leadership and guidance for my 131 personnel, which happens to be the largest organization within any German division staff. Prepare members to deploy and integrate into Multi-National Headquarters world-wide. Evaluate operational requirements; provide situational awareness and Subject Matter Experts for deployment preparations and Exercises throughout Europe; coordinate pre-deployment training, annual training, follow-on training and assessments of deployments; training support, exercise support and deployment evaluation for all divisional troops; coordinates deployment activities with the Army Command and other Bundeswehr organizations; serve as the lead for US/DEU partnership efforts, coordinate and plan all activities between US Forces and the 10th Armored Division. Serve as the Chief of Staff for exercises.
