Audit procedures and verifications of various functions within the civilian, and military pay functions as well as certain budget analysis functions; such as, assisting in development of budget estimates, reconciling differences, interface rejects, and other discrepancies within the accounting system.

Non-Destructive Inspection Journeyman
As a traditional guardsmen in the NDI shop I performed ultrasonic, eddy current, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, radiography, and oil analysis methods; including all process control of these methods on the F-16 aircraft, engine components, and supporting aerospace ground equipment. Calibrated and maintained such equipment for these inspections. Evaluated and reported indications found to higher authority.

My duties involved all aspects of safety and soundness examinations of insured depository institutions, which were to identify all factors and causes, unsafe and unsound practices, and violations of laws and regulations that have affected or may affect the condition and soundness of the institutions. An in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and auditing procedures was required to perform assigned duties. I gained valuable experience in analyzing and classifying assets; analyzing liabilities and capital; reviewing dividend and charge-off policies, earnings trends, and future prospects; evaluating management and the soundness of policies, procedures and practices; analyzing liquidity and sensitivity to market risks; analyzing institution tax returns and reporting procedures.
