From the moment I enlisted to now and then to the future...life is all about change. Mentality, physicality, demeanor...they are all maleable. I try to mold myself after the great leaders I have known...and learn from the not-so-great ones, as well. MFE Senior PSG
Senior Tactical Cadre for the Signal AIT Capstone event. Duties include validating Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills to an average 150+ Soldiers per week, operating live-fire and simulated (EST-2000) qualification ranges weekly, and operating as the Commander of Troops for the Signal Regimental Induction Ceremony.

Monitored communications for Areas 3 and 4. Supervised an office of 9 Soldiers and 3 NCOs.

Training NCOIC
Managed and developed training for a company of 62 25-series Soldiers. Deployed ISO Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Aug 2005 - Jan 2008
Training NCO
Managed the training for a detachment of 40+ Soldiers. Deployed to Bosnia ISO NATO operations.
