-Led, mentored and managed 2 teams of 18 HR professionals. -Guided teams in planning, coordinating, and synchronizing operational human resources and employee training and development of over 15000 US Army soldiers and employees on the Korean Peninsula. -Managed 8 projects to analyze, project, and recommend human capitol and capabilities required to support current and future business goals. -Project manager for 3 deployments of over 900 Soldiers to Korea.
