Bio
Over the past 30 years, I have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly of leadership as a Soldier, teacher, coach and mentor in the public and private sector. In the Army, I had the privilege of serving at every level from Private in an Airborne Infantry Company to Staff Officer at the theater level during combat operations.
Dr. Alan Preizer is a retired US Army Infantry officer. During his 22 year Army career he rose thru the ranks from Rifleman to Company Commander. Along the way he lead, trained and mentored US Army Rangers, future Army Officers and newly commissioned Infantry LTs. He participated in Army level strategic change initiatives and leadership transformation efforts.
