Provided leadership, training, and morale and welfare of assigned personnel. Directed multi-functional execution of over 400 weapons systems contracts valued at $34.5 billion at Boeing Defense Systems, representing buying offices across all US military branches, NASA, and other Government agencies. Interfaced with DoD and Allied senior military and civilian leadership, CEOs and high-level state and local Government officials.
