Directed multi-functional execution of over 400 weapons systems contracts valued at $34.5 billion at Boeing Defense Systems, representing buying offices across all US military branches, NASA, and other Government agencies. Interfaced with DoD and Allied senior military and civilian leadership, CEOs and high-level state and local Government officials.

Directed 88 professional acquisition personnel providing aeronautical systems acquisition life cycle support to Joint Services, DoD Agencies, Unified Combatant Commanders and Foreign Military partners. Directed contract management (including 6 warranted administrative contracting officers), engineering, program management analysts, and quality assurance activities for over 4,400 production and sustainment contracts worth $17B in support of propulsion systems for the F-35, F/A-18, H-60, AH-64, F-15, F-16, T-38, A-10, B-1, B-2, U-2 and several other aircraft. Oversaw the delivery of 264 aircraft engines worth over $246M; 100% delivered ahead of schedule.

Sr business advisor to Sr base leadership on all acquisition related activities from acquisition planning thru contract closeout on all types of contractual vehicles. Reviewed 100+ acquisition packages between $100K and $5M for contract clearance, including contract files, PNMs, and acquisition strategies. Source selection advisor on major acquisitions. Spearheaded a rapid improvement event for a Medical Logistics reqt's process. Resulted in improved communications between contracting and medical logistics squadrons and cut the acquisition time from 206 to 77 days, a 62.5% reduction.

Administrative Contracting Officer responsible for overseeing the $7B LOGCAP III contract at Camps Echo, Delta, and Taji in Iraq. Oversaw and evaluated KBR daily operations to ensure base life support services were performed IAW the LOGCAP III contract SOW.
